This 8.5 mm group head gasket ensures a secure and heat‑resistant seal between the portafilter and brew group. The increased thickness is ideal for machines with moderate group wear, restoring correct portafilter engagement and preventing brew leaks. Manufactured from high‑durability elastomer, it withstands repeated thermal cycles and maintains stable extraction performance.

  • Use case: Replacement group gasket for restoring proper locking tension and preventing water bypass during extraction

  • Function: Creates a pressure‑tight seal between the group head and portafilter

  • Installation: Insert into the group recess; ensure even seating to avoid misalignment

  • Maintenance: Replace every 6–12 months or when portafilter rotation becomes excessive
