Blind Silicone Gasket – Ø12 × 5.8 mm

This small-format blind gasket is used to seal auxiliary ports, internal cavities, or unused channels within espresso machines. Its compact diameter and heat‑stable silicone construction provide a reliable leak‑free seal in water, steam, and low‑pressure distribution paths. Ideal for routine service, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance where small blind seals are required.

  • Use case: Sealing unused outlets or internal passages in water/steam circuits

  • Function: Prevents drips, internal bypass, and pressure loss in service assemblies

  • Installation: Press-fit into the designated housing; ensure seat is clean for proper compression

  • Maintenance: Replace when hardened, split, or no longer maintaining a pressure‑tight seal

Suitable Machines

  • Commercial espresso systems using Ø12 mm blind seals in tap, valve, or group‑service cavities

  • Suits all Expobar, Crem and Ruggero Commercial models with turn taps (Not the office Leva models)
